From June 28 th to 30 th , the ‘1st International Workshop of the Spanish network on mycotoxins, toxigenic fungi and their decontamination processes’ will be held in Valencia, organized by the University of Valencia. This is a scientific meeting that brings together researchers, professionals and professors related to the mycotoxins segment with the aim to exchange experiences and methodologies.

The biodiversity and pathogenicity of mycotoxins, challenges in food and feed analysis, prevention methods, and the effects these metabolites have on both animals and humans will be the topics addressed at this congress.
